What the what!

I’ve been going through my mountains of old stuff and discovered an old CD with a bunch of my drawings from 2005.

I enjoy seeing the progression of artists I follow so maybe this might interest some people? I was really into furries and animals with human hair dont’s. It’s painful but fun to stumble across stuff like this.

I was going through photos of myself as a child and noticed that in many of them I’m crouching and looking intently at stuff. I liked being close to the ground I guess. I ran around on all fours until I was about 9.

Some grass guys

Lately there have been butterflies in our backyard that will dive bomb and land on you if you set foot on the lawn. At first it was cute but now every time we go outside these guys are all over us. I think they’re mourning cloak butterflies? Angry kamikaze butterflies? Can that happen?
Wait…I’ll post a video with proof. Seriously, they’ll attack anything.

Hoo boy drawing is difficult for me lately. I haven’t gotten to draw as often as I’d like these past few years so I’m quitting my job in a few days in order to give more focus to my art. It’s exciting because I haven’t not worked since I was 16. Hopefully with all this free time there will be some improvement this summer! Let’s see how it goes!

At the book store.

I’m thinking I might put together a little book this summer with some of my people watching sketches. Maybe 30 or so drawings/pages. I’d probably just make copies for myself and close friends but if anyone else would be interested I might print more.
